Current operating status
Mercury CDL Training does not currently offer paid training enrollment, course access, assessments, completion certificates, or FMCSA Training Provider Registry reporting. Website use does not create a student-school relationship and does not satisfy ELDT requirements.
Educational-use terms
Information is provided for general education and may not reflect every current federal, state, employer, or individual requirement. Users are responsible for confirming requirements with official agencies and qualified providers. Do not rely on this website as legal, regulatory, safety, medical, financial, or employment advice.
Information collected
If you voluntarily request launch updates, we collect the name, email address, language preference, consent record, and basic submission information needed to operate and secure the signup. If you use the contact form, we collect the information you deliberately submit. We do not request a driver's license number, Social Security number, payment information, medical information, or student records through these forms.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to provide the requested communication, prevent abuse, maintain consent records, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Email service providers
MailerLite processes launch-update subscriptions on our behalf. Review the MailerLite privacy policy. Resend processes contact-form data solely to transmit and deliver the message to our business mailbox. Review the Resend privacy policy.
Privacy-conscious website analytics
When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated page-view, referral, device, browser, and general geographic information. Vercel states that the service uses anonymized data and does not use tracking cookies. Mercury does not send names, email addresses, form messages, checklist answers, CDL information, or scale weights as analytics event properties.
Cookies and local preferences
The website may use limited browser storage for non-sensitive preferences or interactive educational progress. CDL Roadmap progress remains on the visitor's device and is not an official student record, proof of training, or ELDT completion record. Clearing browser data or changing devices may erase it.
Consent and withdrawal
Submitting the update form requires affirmative consent. You may unsubscribe through the link included in an email or request removal. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before the request.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the requested service, consent records, security, and legal obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
External and affiliate links
External sites control their own content and privacy practices. Equipment pages may contain clearly disclosed affiliate links that can generate compensation after a qualifying purchase without changing the reader's price.
Children
This website is intended for adults and older prospective drivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
These policies may be revised as the educational website changes or before any future authorized training service begins. A future training program would require separate enrollment terms, disclosures, and policies.
